A Rainy Day & Lower Manhattan
Yesterday was pretty much a complete write off, it poured with rain all day long. The one time I did venture out for lunch I got absolutely drenched despite wearing a raincoat. Madison Square Garden, Times Square & The United Nations
With plenty of time to kill I embarked on a huge walk all around Manhattan. First on my list of sights was Madison Square Garden, home of the New York Knicks basketball team. Hotel From Hell
Well it turns out the wheels aren’t falling off my trip, because I had a great day today. Only to come back to this… This morning I checked out of the hotel I was in for the night and caught a cab to my permanent hotel, the Vincci Avalon. A Walk Through New York
I started walking from the hotel, with no real plan in mind. My journey took me past Rockefeller Center, the Chrysler Building and Grand Central Station. The flight was a bumpy one; I was in the thirteenth row and the back row of the plane, so it wasn’t a big one.
