- 4 Days a week at the gym
- Draw up a personal finance budget for 2009
- Write Madden 09 review

October Goals
Passed With Flying Colours, Could Have Done Better, Failed
- Earn 62,000 VPPs
- Play 25,000 Hands < 6 Players - Only 14,000, if I had continued to play short-handed I would never have met my VPP target and that was more important to me
- Start reading/posting in 6-max forums
- Finish real estate investment book - So lazy…
- $3,000 of sports wagering at BetCRIS
- Repair my bike for the summer - So lazy…
- Take first wicket at cricket - Only had one spell of five overs and couldn’t break-through… hey, maybe this month.
– Score first runs at cricket
- Improve my diet - I think I did this, I just couldn’t get the exercise part of the equation together
- 6 hours a week at gym - I started the month on pace and then my body broke down. I strained my quad which prevented me from doing leg workouts and also cardio
- Migrate web sites to new servers and email SEOs - Was really happy with how I did with this
