Having Your 3-bets Cold Called

Okay I realise there is a few hands and situations here to digest, but I would be interested to hear everyone’s thoughts on these spots. For the most part I’m assuming AA, KK are mandatory stack offs in all these situations, where it gets interesting is when you have <=QQ or flop top pair or something.
