KQ Gets Led Into

Villain is 9/7/5.3 over 435 hands. I elected to flat call the flop because I didn’t really see what raising achieved. His stats are very tight, I’m not quite sure what his donking range is, whether he calls pre-flop out of the blinds with pocket pairs only or whatever. I elected to fold the river because all I really beat is a busted flush draw and I’m not so sure a guy with these kind of stats is capable of over bet shoving a busted draw after I’ve shown no sign of folding. AK is probably unlikely as he would probably 3bet pre and bet less on the river, 99/44 are very feasible as is Q J .I just don’t see this being a bluff enough of the time. Thoughts?
