My 11th of April 2008

Today I came up with a concept that is going to allow me to pump out a lot more blogs and also keep track of what I am achieving with my time. As often as I can I will be trying to make these posts about what I did with my day. Hopefully this will give readers an insight a what I do with my life, not that much of it will be all that interesting…

Highlight of My Day

Waking up in my own bed for the first time in weeks.

Lowlight of My Day

Having to book my car in to be repaired after only one month of ownership.

Random Ranting

The used car I bought a month ago revealed numerous faults on my 4000km road trip. I have to take it to have numerous problems fixed just a month into my ownership. I’m not sure which items will be covered under warranty, but the brakes are squeaking, the car squeaks when it turns, the LCD display console fades in an out of working, the back door seal is broken and my lock remote has died. To go along with all that some bastard at Brisbane airport has grazed my front bumper chipping off some paint.

Quote of the Day

“Government’s view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.” – Ronald Reagan (1986)

Attended – Rugby League: Melbourne Storm vs Manly Sea Eagles @ Olympic Park
