Interesting Combo Draw Spot

Villain is 19/9/1.16 over 300 hands. 86s UTG is obviously not a standard raise for me, but something that I will do once in a while.

Pre-Flop: 8 6 dealt to Hero (UTG)
Hero raises to $8, UTG+1 calls $8, UTG+2 calls $8, 6 folds

Flop: ($27) A 5 3 (3 Players)
Hero bets $19, UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 calls $19

Turn: ($65) 7 (2 Players)
Hero ????

We’ve now picked up a straight draw to go with out flush draw. UTG+2 has $149 left. What are you doing here? I think it is likely that he has either a set, two pair, AT+ or a flush draw here. Any decent sized bet will just about price in to having to call, so it seems to me to be between bet/call, check/raise or check/call.
