QQ OOP Raised On JJ5 Flop

Villain is tilted fish, who I have running at 18/14/2.64 over 2k hands

I’m trying to get less owned by looser players when I’m out of position and I find that my play in pots like these is pretty gross. Against this particular opponent I feel like I have been pushed around a bit pre-flop by them and that affects my post-flop decision making in this hand.

Pre-Flop: Q Q dealt to Hero (UTG+1)
UTG folds, Hero raises to $8, 2 folds, CO calls $8, 3 folds

Flop: ($19) J 5 J (2 Players)
Hero bets $13, CO raises to $44, Hero calls $31

I’m not sure what to put him on when he raises on such a dry board and therefore have no idea what to do. I don’t want to be pushed around with a strong hand, but I feel that blinds my judgement in spots like this. Would just like to hear how other people handle this situation.

Turn: ($107) 6 (2 Players)
Hero is lost
